The City of Bogalusa is seeking sealed bids to provide the city with aggregates - Sand, Gravel and Red Clay - on a one-year basis. Bids are due by 2:00 pm on April 15, 2026.  Bids will be accepted electronically only on the city’s electronic bid portal at https://lamats.easibuy.com – under "CITY OF BOGALUSA (LACPC AFFILIATED)". Bidders must register on the portal https://lamats.easibuy.com (at no cost) to access the complete specifications and bid documents.

A responsible bidder should have the ability to deliver sand, gravel and red clay to the city upon reasonable notice at designated city locations. However, the city reserves the right to contract with multiple providers if required to meet its specific needs at reasonable rates. A responsible bidder must also meet all requirements regarding safety and other requirements specified in the bid documents.

 The City intends to select a responsible bidder capable of delivering the required aggregates at the lowest, weighted cost. This solicitation for the requested deliveries is nonbinding unless a Services Agreement(s) is entered into.

The purpose of this Solicitation is to set out the provisions under which a Supplier will deliver to the City - Sand, Gravel and Red Clay. The Supplier will sell and deliver the following on an "as needed" basis:

The City shall have the right to inspect the product upon delivery.
