SUBMISSION OF BIDS
 
Submission of bids is by electronic means only on this platform:

and are due by 2:00 p.m. on December 29, 2025. 
The supplier will assure the City that it will complete the desired project in a turnkey fashion under the allotted amount of money that has been granted through the applicable DEQ/Volkswagen settlement grant and within the strict completion deadline required of the grant - March 31, 2026.  

LACPC PARTICIPATION
 The City of Gretna is a participant in, and is being assisted with this electronic solicitation by, the LACPC Joint Municipal Commission.  The winning bidder will pay an electronic administrative fee of $400 to the Commission's administrator: LaMATS, 6767 Perkins Rd., Baton Rouge, LA 70403.
 If Louisiana law allows additional sales of product ("piggyback" purchases) to qualified purchasers (non-grant recipients only) without the necessity of additional bids, then piggyback purchases, if any, arising out of the resulting contract will be administered by the LACPC.  Administrative fees will apply to each additional purchase.

 ADDENDUMS
Addendums to this solicitation, if any, will be listed below and registered bidders will be notified via their registered email address.  Please monitor your registered email address regularly for addendums.
1. Addendum #1 has posted and illustrates the EV Charger Mounting Locations.  Please download and review the Document titled “EV Charger Locations.”
2. Addendum #2 has posted and clarifies that the bid deadline is 2:00 pm December 16, 2025, regardless of any date contrary dates in the body of the documents.  The city reserves the right to extend the bid deadline. The desired completion date of the project will be March 1, 2026, despite any dates in the body of the documents stating otherwise.
3. Addendum #3 has posted and extends the Bid Submission Deadline until 2:00 pm on December 29, 2025.
