NOTICE TO VENDORS
CITY OF WALKER
ELECTRONIC REQUEST FOR RFQs -- Suppliers of A2000 Pipe
The City of Walker, Louisiana has standardized to:
A2000 Pipe of Various Lengths and Diameters
and seeks to identify one or more suppliers to enter into a one (1) year contingency supply contract.  The City expects to place orders quarterly or as otherwise needed. Total yearly purchases are expected to exceed $30,000.
Qualified suppliers will enter into a 1-year agreement to submit sealed, competitive quotes when called upon to do so.  The City will purchase its needed volume from the responsible bidder who offers the lowest price. The City will not buy from a supplier who has not responded to this solicitation to qualify.
Interested suppliers will completely fill out the Form provided and shall upload the form onto this site no later than December 29, 2025, at 2:00 pm.
Quotes turned into the City of Walker in person, by mail or by email will not be accepted.
ELECTRONIC PROCESSING AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEE DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
  • The City of Walker is assisted in this RFQ by the LACPC Cooperative Purchasing Joint Commission.  All sales made pursuant to this agreement are reportable to LaMATS, as Administrator of the LACPC.  A 2% administrative fee payable by the supplier shall be paid directly by the supplier to LaMATS, 700 North Tenth Street, Baton Rouge, LA  70802.
  • The awarded supplier may be asked to supply the same grinder pump to other municipalities at the same price established in the resulting sales agreement.  Participation by the supplier is voluntary.

ADDENDUMS
#1 - The due date has been changed to December 29, 2025, at 2:00 pm.  The contract will be for one (1) year, not for 2 years.
