CITY OF BAKER, LOUISIANA Multiple Locations Clearance Program
The City of Baker is seeking a Contractor qualified to tear down and remove several properties inside and outside the city limits.
Bids are due no later than November 17th, at 2:00 pm. All submissions can be dropped off at City Hall located at 3325 Groom Rd, Baker, La 70714 or submitted online at centralbidding.com.

The project includes making sure all utilities have been disconnected, requiring any permits needed and demolition, clear and dispose of all materials. Four of the properties contain asbestos so all requirements of removal are the responsibility of the contractor.
Please bid each property separately. (List of all properties is attached) Contractor will be responsible for taking timestamp before and after photos of each location and sending them to abatts@cityofbakerla.com.
