PREBID CONFERENCE
A NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD at 3:00PM on Wednesday, Oct 22, 2025, at Opelousas City Hall, 105 N Main St, Opelousas, La, 70570.   
ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF BIDS 
Bids uploaded to be submitted electronically on this platform remain secure and are opened directly from the platform by the City of Opelousas at the time and place specified for the opening of physical bids.  Your electronic bid may be withdrawn, added to, or replaced at any time up until the bid deadline. At the bid deadline, a bidder is locked out from altering or withdrawing an uploaded bid. This platform is interactive meaning that your uploaded documents are immediately recorded as received, withdrawn, or changed. 
ELECTRONIC BID BOND REQUIREMENT
When filing electronically, you will submit a clear copy of your original bid bond or security with your bid documents.  If notified that you are the apparent low bidder, you will deposit your original bid bond with the City of Opelousas within three (3) business days of notification.
ELECTRONIC NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES AND ADDENDUMS
Registered bidders will receive notices of changes and addendums sent to their registered email address. Please check your registered email address regularly for Notices related to this bid.
