This platform is managed by LaMATS eAuction & Bid Services, 6767 Perkins Rd., Baton Rouge, LA 70808. Access to documents and bid submissions on this portal do not require advanced payment or subscription. An electronic platform administrative fee of $500 paid only by the awarded bidder will be paid after the contract award is made.
A NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD at 3:00PM on Wednesday, Oct 22, 2025, at Opelousas City Hall, 105 N Main St, Opelousas, La, 70570.
ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF BIDS
Bids uploaded to be submitted electronically on this platform remain secure and are opened directly from the platform by the City of Opelousas at the time and place specified for the opening of physical bids. ELECTRONIC BID BOND REQUIREMENT
When filing electronically, you will submit a clear copy of your original bid bond or security with your bid documents. If notified that you are the apparent low bidder, you will deposit your original bid bond with the City of Opelousas within three (3) business days of notification.
