City of Opelousas I-49 N SERVICE ROAD WATERLINE EXTENSION

2. Read/Review the ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS posted below.

3. Download and Review the Project Manual and the Construction Drawings.

4. Complete all TASKS under the Tasks Bar (if any).

5. If filing electronically, upload the required bid documents by 10:00 am on October 28, 2025.   

The Project Manual in PDF format is the official Bid Document to follow. For assistance with this electronic platform and accessing the Project Manual or the Construction Drawing from this platform, contact the Electronic Administrator at lacpc@lamats.net or (225) 332-7671.  Questions related to the project and the specifications - please contact the project engineer.  As provided in the Advertisement, you may access the bid documents under "ATTACHMENTS" after registration.  An electronic platform fee of $300 will be payable, but only if you are awarded a contract. You will be invoiced for this fee after a contract is signed.   

Bids submitted electronically on this platform remain secure and are opened directly from the platform by the City of Opelousas at the time and place specified for the opening of physical bids.

When filing electronically, you will submit a clear copy of your original bid bond or security with your bid documents.  If notified that you are the apparent low bidder, you will deposit your original bid bond with the City of Opelousas within three (3) business days of notification.
