COOPERATIVE SALES (if applicable)
Other public procurement units may participate in a cooperative purchasing agreement to acquire quantities of listed units above the quantities awarded by this public bid, pursuant to the cooperative purchasing provisions of La. R.S. 38:2212.1(F). Denham Springs is a participant in the LACPC Municipal Joint Commission and will agree to allow piggyback, cooperative and joint use acquisitions –through the LACPC. Where piggybacks, cooperative or joint use isp applicable, the certification of the bid results and the monitoring of the piggyback, cooperative and joint use allowed under this solicitation are handled through the LACPC. Terms, conditions and administrative fees may apply to the additional sales made through this solicitation.
