LACPC Sewer Jetter Purchases (Lake Arthur - LA)

1. Register by clicking the green "Start Response" button.  You will be asked to enter your contact information.  You will receive login instructions and will create a password unique to you. 

2. After registering, review the electronic RFP document below (under ADVERTISEMENT) and download/review all of the RFP documents under the "Attachments" section. 

3. Complete all documents as required.  Sign/Date documents wherever indicated.

4. Upload all required documents by the proposal submission deadline - 2:00 pm on June 12, 2025 - by using the "Recipients Will Drag & Drop Files Here" function. 

The LACPC Municipal Joint Commission seeks to place on contract one or more Sewer Jetters with the following minimum specifications preferred: 40 gpm @ 2000 PSI; 72 HP Diesel Engine, 14K Tandem Axle Trailer; 600-gallon capacity tank, and as may otherwise be specified in the RFP documents found at: https://lamats.eauctionservices.com, the first of which will be purchased by the Town of Lake Arthur, LA. Model, brand, conforming specifications and price offerings are due by June 12, 2025, at 2:00 pm, online only through LaMATS eAuction & Bid Services at https://lamats.eauctionservices.com.  

Where more than one offering may be accepted, the buyer reserves the right to conduct additional price bids through a reverse-auction process, the date and time of which is to be determined after June 12, 2025.  Offers submitted in any format or through a method not specified will not be accepted. All price offerings will include the cost of the machine, all accessories and delivery of one unit to the Town of Lake Arthur. All bids or offers must be submitted on the Pricing Form(s) provided. The lead time for delivery will be calculated in good faith and must be provided.     

Questions regarding use of the electronic bid platform will be directed to the LACPC Municipal Joint Purchasing Commission through the Electronic Administrator, Paul Holmes, lacpc@lamats.net. Inquiries regarding the specifications may also be directed to lacpc@lamats.net and will be forwarded to the Utilities Director or the Purchasing Agent for the Town of Lake Arthur.  All questions should be by email only unless directed otherwise.  

The Town of Lake Arthur reserves the right to solely determine which brand, model (and described capacities and capabilities) will best fit its needs.  The Town of Lake Arthur reserves the right to cancel its participation in this solicitation at any time it may determine that pursuing a purchase is not in its best interests.  The LACPC Municipal Joint Purchasing Commission may, with the agreement of the supplier, designate the contract for joint use or allow piggyback purchases at the established contract price. Additional terms and conditions apply to joint use or piggyback purchases.  Lake Arthur is an LACPC Municipal Joint Commission member.
