NOTICE OF RFP OUTDOOR BASKETBALL COURT TILES
The LACPC intends to enter into a supply contract for custom-made full court and half-court outdoor basketball tiles on behalf of its members. The City of Ville Platte, LACPC Commission member, intends to evaluate manufacturers/distributor's product, and purchase sufficient quantities to cover:
  1. Full court 54 x 87 (with two half courts key line, free throw line and 3-point line), center line and center circle. 
  2. Full court 46x79 including edges and two half courts (the key line, free throw line and 3-point line), center line, and center circle. 
  3. Full court 85x50 including two half courts (the key line, free throw line and 3-point line), center line, and center circle. 
Proposals and price quotes are due by 2:00 pm, May 15, 2025, electronically at https://lamats.eauctionservices.com (LaMATS eAuction & Bid Services).  All forms and bid requirements are available for download after registration at https://lamats.eauctionservices.com .
The tiles offered must be of the highest quality manufacture and technology and must be designed for ease of installation by flooring contractors or similar.

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS

  2. Download and complete the form " Proposal Quote Form Ville Platte Outdoor Basketball Court Tiles" found under the "Attachments" section after registration.
  3. Upload your proposal using the "Recipients Will Drag & Drop Files Here" function.
  4. The City of Ville Platte will review the proposals and will issue a purchase order for the tiles determined to be the best quality at the most advantageous price.
ADDITIONAL PURCHASES
After purchasing and use by the City of Ville Platte, the LACPC Joint Municipal Contract may seek to place the seller's product under a joint-use or cooperative use contract for additional purchases by its membership.  Additional sales are optional/voluntary.  Terms and conditions apply.
