The LAMATS ADMINISTERED PURCHASING PROGRAMS on behalf of and in cooperation with its Subsidiary Programs, seeks a supply contract with a Catalog-Based supplier of Traffic, Public Safety, Facilities and Streets products to supply its affiliated municipalities, parishes, local governments and schools with catalog items for relatively small purchases (typically $30,000 or less) outside of the regular supply contract processes. Proposals are due at https://lamats.eauctionservices.com by June 19, 2025.  Registration is required at https://lamats.eauctionservices.com to access all response forms, terms and conditions.

Minimum requirements are:  1. A store facility located physically in Louisiana; 2. An online catalog which includes product descriptions and prices; and 3. The ability to provide up to 10% discounts off of listed items for local government entities affiliated with the LAMATS ADMINISTERED PURCHASING PROGRAMS. Other terms and conditions apply. 

The LAMATS ADMIISTERED PURCHASING PROGRAMS include the following subsidiaries: 1. LPS Purchasing Services (consulting services) referrals of LMA members and affiliated organization members; 2. LACPC Joint Municipal Commission members and affiliated municipalities, parishes and special districts, including parks and recreation districts; 3. LACPC - Louisiana Police & Public Safety Departments Group Purchasing Organization; 4. LACPC - Louisiana Fire Departments Group Purchasing Organization; 5. LPS-Schools Group Purchasing Organization.

The successful proposer will negotiate to enter into a multi-year cooperative agreement with LAMATS to provide supplies at fixed, discounted rates for no less than 6-month increments and will pay LAMATS contract administrative fees as a percent rebate on net sales (to be negotiated).
