RFQ for Splash Pad and Aquatic Products Installation Contractors

USE THIS PORTAL TO QUALIFY TO PROVIDE SPLASH PAD AND AQUATIC FEATURES INSTALLATION SERVICES TO THE LACPC

The LaMATS Administered Cooperative Purchasing Joint Commission (LACPC) and City of Ville Platte seeks to retain one or more qualified, Louisiana-licensed contractors to quote, order, deliver and install premanufactured splash pads and aquatic features on an "as needed" basis.

The LACPC assists its municipal and local parks and recreation districts to plan, advise, consult, purchase and install premanufactured splash pad kits and aquatic features as small, exempt public works projects.  Selected contractors will work with the LACPC's Aquatic Consulting Team and the LACPC members and affiliates to contract to order, deliver and install the desired splash pad and features according to permitting, engineering plans and identified water sources.

The City of Ville Platte, an LACPC Commission member, is in the process of considering the installation of splash pads in several of its parks.

Interested, qualified contractors must register at: https://lamats.eauctionservices.com and complete the Qualification Form.  Completed forms must be uploaded at https://lamats.eauctionservices.com by 2:00 pm on May 30, 2025.

Qualified contractors must have experience quoting, ordering, delivering and installing splash pad kits and aquatic products from national manufacturers of the same.  Available contractors will be contacted from time to time to submit quotes and complete LACPC-sponsored projects involving splash pads and aquatic products.
