LACPC Municipal Commission GRANITE 64FR MACKSPEC Chassis Purchases

The LACPC Municipal Joint Commission seeks to place up to six (6) GRANITE 64FR MACKSPEC Dual Axel Semi-Trucks under contingency contract until December 31, 2025, or as long as the dealer's supply lasts.  The purpose of the resulting contingency supply contract is to allow quick conversions to heavy duty dump trucks or other heavy duty needs. The selected dealer must be able to order and received the semi-truck within a reasonable time frame (as defined) and must be able to assist delivery of the semi to a bed-converter within a reasonable time frame.

Proposals will be accepted electronically only and are due by 2:00 pm on December 30, 2024.  Proposals will be submitted/accepted electronically through https://lamats.eauctionservices.comonly.

This RFP and price offering is not a “lowest price wins” bid. The supplier will be a responsible dealer/distributor judged the most capable of delivering the specified Semi-Truck, as specified, within the most reasonable timeframe as defined in the specifications.  

Proposals are to be submitted in the format required, including any pricing and specification forms included, along with any other documentation that must be signed.
