3. All bids shall be submitted on the Uniform Bid Forms provided and shall include any other required documents provided or described therein.

4. If submitting electronically (recommended), your bid documents will be uploaded onto this platform by using the "Recipients Will Drag & Drop Files Here or Browse Files" function.  Otherwise, you may deliver your bid documents physically by following the instructions in the Advertisement.

1. Addendum #1 PROJECT BUDGET has posted under Attachments (below). 

2. Addendum #2 related to post Pre-Bid Questions and Answers has posted under Attachments (below).

3. Addendum #3 which clarifies bid bond questions has posted and Additional Documents to be Completed has been replaced. 

4. Addendum #4 provides specifications for Fencing/Exterior Painting/Concrete Sealant to be suggested by the bidder and approved by the Owner.  Addendum #4 is posted under Attachments (below).

5. Addendum #5 clarifies certain forms/documents that will be submitted post bid opening (including Performance and Payment Bond forms) and the expected time delay and liquidated damages concerning the project.  See Addendum #5 posted under Attachments (below) and also:
