2. After registering, you will access the bid document(s) that will appear under the "Attachments" section. The Combined Opelousas Spec Book found there is the complete and official version of this Public Works Bid unless changed or amended by addendum. Registered bidders will automatically receive notice of changes or amendments issued by the Project Architect.
3. All bids shall be submitted on the Uniform Bid Forms provided in the Combined Opelousas Spec Book and shall include any other required documents provided or described therein.
4. If submitting electronically, your bid documents will be uploaded onto this platform by using the "Recipients Will Drag & Drop Files Hereor Browse Files" function. Otherwise, you may deliver your bid documents physically by following the instructions in the Spec Book such as "by mail" or "in person" delivery.
