3 & 4 Station - ADA Compliant Restroom Trailers

The LACPC Municipal Joint Commission seeks to place up to 5 or more  3 Station - ADA +2 Station Restroom Trailer and/or 4 Station - ADA + 3 Station Restroom Trailers under contingency contract for two (2) years commencing September 1, 2024, with a possible increase in supplies or extension of the contingency contract term.   

A bidder must be able to deliver a completed trailer within a reasonable time frame after an order is placed.

One trailer is expected to be purchased pursuant to this contract by City of Youngsville Recreation Department (LACPC member and Solicitation Sponsor).

Proposals will be accepted electronically only and are due by 2:00 pm on August 15, 2024.  Proposals will be submitted electronically only through https://lamats.eauctionservices.com.

This RFP and price offering is not a “lowest price wins” bid. The supplier will be a responsible dealer/distributor judged the most capable of delivering the specified Restroom Trailer as specified, within the most reasonable timeframe as defined in the specifications. Where more than one award can be made, the LACPC reserves the right to conduct additional price bids online through R.S. 38:2317. 

Proposals are to be submitted in the format required, including any pricing and specification forms included, along with any other documentation that must be signed. Proposers must register at https://lamats.eauctionservices.com (an EASiBUY Bid Platform) to access the full specifications and instructions, and to submit proposals electronically. 

The Administrative Fee that applies to each purchase, payable by the seller, is 2% of each Net Sale Price, excluding delivery charges. The fee is payable to LAMATS, as Administrator of the LACPC Municipal Joint Commission, 6767 Perkins, Rd., Baton Rouge, LA 70808.
