4. Upload your proposal by 2:00 pm on June 24, 2024.  Jun 27, 2024, at 2:00 PM by using the "Recipients Will Drag & Drop Files Here" function. Please note that the timeline for submission of responses may be shortened by addendum if necessity dictates.

1. A proposer must submit a proposal that substantially addresses all of the Sections of the RFP Document in addition to a Pricing Form (provided under ATTACHMENTS).

2. A proposer must also complete and return all other required documents provided under ATTACHMENTS. 

Sealed proposals will be received through electronic means only until June 24, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. Jun 27, 2024, at 2:00 PM by the City of Carencro, LA for CONTINGENT DISASTER RECOVERY DEBRIS MANAGEMENT AND REMOVAL SERVICES. The city will accept electronic bids only through the online portal:

The Request for Proposals is available in electronic form only. To view the RFP, download the documents, and receive notices by email, you must register online and follow the registration instructions. 

Proposals are submitted at no charge online at no charge after registering.  For questions related to specifications or the intended contract, please contact Purvis Morrison, Carencro City Chief Administrative Officer, at pmorrison@carencro.org. 

A proposal will be considered responsive if it conforms in all respects with the conditions and requirements of the Proposal Documents. In order to be considered responsive, a Proposal must be: (a) fully completed, signed and responsive in all respects to the conditions of the Instructions to Proposers; (b) made on the Proposal Forms provided and submitted intact; and (c) accompanied by the required items listed in the appropriate sections of the Proposal Documents. 

This proposal shall require a Louisiana Contractors License for Building Construction and/or Demolishing Work, Rigging House Moving, Wrecking and Dismantling, Hazardous Materials Cleanup and Removal, Hazardous Materials Site Remediation, Industrial Cleaning and Material/Waste Handling, or Hazardous Waste Treatment or Removal. The City of Carencro reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
