The LACPC Municipal Joint Commission seeks to place up to 5 Mack Medium Series Semi-Trucks under contingency contract until September 1, 2024, or as long as the dealer's supply lasts.  

The vehicles must be on the ground at the time of responding to this solicitation.

A bidder must be able to deliver the Semi-Truck to a bed converter of the buyer's choice within a reasonable time frame.

Proposals will be accepted electronically only and are due by 2:00 pm on April 23, 2024.  Proposals will be submitted electronically only through https://lamats.eauctionservices.com. 

The solicitation and other bid information and specifications are available by at https://lamats.eauctionsevices.com and downloading same. This RFP and price offering is not a “lowest price wins” bid. The supplier will be a responsible dealer/distributor judged the most capable of delivering the specified Semi-Truck, as specified, within the most reasonable timeframe as defined in the specifications.  

Proposals are to be submitted in the format required, including any pricing and specification forms included, along with any other documentation that must be signed. Proposers must register at https://lamats.eauctionservices.com (an EASiBUY Bid Platform) to access the full specifications and instructions, and to submit proposals electronically.
