ELECTRONIC ADVERTISEMENT (Legal Notice through American Press LC)

The LACPC Joint Municipal Commission seeks to purchase secure up to eight (8) new Compact Excavators from one or more Louisiana suppliers for use by its membership municipal public works and utility departments between November 1, 2023, and June 30, 2024.  Proposers must be able to accommodate pickup or delivery within a reasonable timeframe. Pricing will be accepted electronically only through https://lamats.eauctionservices.com.   Pricing will be accepted until 2:00 pm, on October 16 30, 2023, or until the order is filled.  The LACPC reserves the right to seek up to (four) 4 additional Compact Excavators through this solicitation. 

The preferred class of Compact Excavator will be a 35 Series excavator with a cab. Depending on offerings, price and availability, the LACPC may choose to accept more than one brand (manufacturer) or more than one distributor. 

Preference will be given to Compact Excavators in stock, or which can be delivered within a relatively short timeframe.

Cell), lacpc@lamats.net.    The sponsoring municipal purchaser is Westlake, LA which seeks one (1) Compact Excavator.  The LACPC reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time, unfilled, up until such time as an order or orders are placed.  

Suppliers who can meet the specifications and have units immediately available in stock, may waive price confidentiality by checking the appropriate waiver and allowing its pricing/offering to be unsealed immediately upon submission.  

Where excess supply is demonstrated, the LACPC reserves its right to establish best and final pricing through a reverse auction process under La RS 38:2217.
