The City of Pineville, Louisiana is a member of the LACPC Joint Cooperative Commission and participates in allowing joint use of their contracts. About the LACPC
The LACPC is a Louisiana Interlocal Joint Commission created pursuant to La. R.S. 33:33:1322 et seq., the Local Services Law. The LACPC assists its municipal members in creating joint use (cooperative) contracts under Louisiana's Public Bid Law. The LACPC is located at 6767 Perkins Rd., Baton Rouge, LA 70808. The current Commission Chair is held by Many, LA (Suzanne Williams, Commissioner).
