LACPC (CITY OF WALKER, LACPC MEMBER SPONSOR)
REQUEST FOR RFPQs -- LIBERTY BRAND GRINDER PUMPS


1.  Please register by clicking the Start Response (green tab) and entering the required information.
2.  Download and complete the Quote Form.
3.  Upload your completed Quote Form by the bid deadline--2:00 pm, Wednesday, December 28, 2022.  To upload, you will use the "Drag & Drop Files Here" function.

and seeks a one (1) year supply contract for same.  No substitutions will be accepted.  Interested suppliers will completely fill out the Quote Form provided and will upload the form on this site no later than Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 2:00 pm.  Quotes turned into the City of Walker in person, by mail or by email will not be accepted.

ELECTRONIC PROCESSING AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEE DISCLOSURE 

The LACPC Cooperative Purchasing Commission will administer the contract for all sales to the sponsor or to other municipalities wishing to piggyback.  All sales are subject to a 2% fee in the form of a rebate based on the seller's bid price which must be considered and calculated into the seller's bid.  The rebate will be either withheld by the buyer when paying the purchase price or will be paid by the seller upon receiving the full purchase price.  Fees are paid by check to:  LaMATS, as Administrator of the LACPC Purchasing Commission.
The awarded supplier may be asked to supply the same grinder pump to other municipalities at the same price established in the resulting sales agreement.  Participation by the supplier and LACPC participants is voluntary.
