Opelousas Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements

1.  Register by clicking "Start Here," (the green tab).

2.  After registering, download all bid documents found under the ATTACHMENTS Bar below.

3.  Complete all required documents including the Louisiana Uniform Bid Form(s) provided (See Attachement "Project Manual").

4.  Submit your bid electronically on this platform by using the "Recipients Will Drag & Drop Here" function.

Your required bid bond or certified check may be submitted electronically by attaching a clear copy of the original bid bond document or certified check to your submitted file.  Thereafter, your bid security shall be delivered to the city within five (5) days of the bid in the same manner as delivered or mailed proposals.
