Opelousas Water System Improvements

1.  Register by clicking "Start Response" on the right hand side of this page.

2.  Once registered, you will access the bid documents under ATTACHMENTS below.  Please download and review carefully.

3.  You may submit your bid electronically by uploading the Uniform Bid Form and other required documentation onto this platform by using the "Drag & Drop Here" function.  If submitting electronically, please review carefully the section below titled, "BID SECURITY FOR ELECTRONIC FILERS."  Please review and check all TASKS under the TASK BAR.  

 

When submitting a bid electronically, a copy of the original bid security must be included with your electronic submission.

The original bid security must be mailed or delivered to arrive within three (3) business days of the bid opening.  When mailed or delivered the original bid security shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Julius Alsandor, Mayor, Opelousas, Louisiana, Louisiana and plainly marked on the outside, “Security for Bid for Water System Improvements - Relocation of Waterlines and Rehabilitation of Ground Storage Tank, MGA Project W#302”.

For assistance with the project plans or specifications, contact the project engineer whose contact information is found in the Project Manual.  Questions related to the project which require answers must be submitted to the project engineer per the Project Manual (See Attachments).
