SUMMARY
The Assumption Parish Recreation District No. 2 located in Pierre Part, LA (unincorporated), seeks proposals to provide and to install two (2) floating dock as specified in this solicitation. There are two (2) installation sites along Bayou Pierre (Lee Drive) in Assumption Parish approximately 3 and 1/2 miles apart. The floating docks are to serve as the terminus points for a canoe and kayak (water) trail.

EVALUATION CRITERIA
The provider and/or services provider will be a licensed contractor judged capable of providing two (2) floating docks manufactured to the specifications provided and is qualified to install same as required in the specifications.

ADDENDUMS AND CHANGES TO THIS RFP

1. ADDENDUM #1 adds North Dock & South Dock Materials Lists (Manufacturer Specifications) required and amends the Proposal Form to require proposers to adopt the Materials Lists as written or to submit their own lists with proposed alterations. The Proposal Form previously attached has been removed and replaced. Please download the North Dock Materials List, South Dock Materials List, and the Proposal Form (Amended) in the Attachments section.

FEDERAL GRANT INFORMATION
Federal funds are being used for this project and are administered through the Louisiana Office of State Parks. A contractor must comply with certain federal requirements as detailed in the specifications.

ELECTRONIC ADMINISTRATION FEE
An electronic administration fee will be paid by the winning proposer in the amount of $400.00. The electronic fee may be waived upon a showing of significant burden to the proposer prior to proposal submission. There is no fee to register, access RFP documents, or to submit a proposal electronically. The electronic administration fee is payable to the LACPC Cooperative Purchasing Joint Commission Administrator: LaMATS, 700 North Tenth Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70802.
