(Plaquemine) Chevrolet Pickup Truck Purchase

The City of Plaquemine, LA, seeks to order and purchase one (1) new Chevrolet Silverado 1/2 Ton Pickup Truck as specified herein.  Substitute specifications that substantially meet the specifications provided will be accepted. 

Please respond by using the Bid Form attached.  Sealed bids will be submitted electronically by Friday, June 17, 2022, at 3:00 pm at:  https://lamats.eauctionservices.com. 

The successful bidder will be a Louisiana-licensed new vehicle dealership willing to provide its best pricing, including any and all fleet and/or governmental discounts, "bid assist," or other.  An estimated timeline for placing the order with the manufacturer and the delivery timeline will also be included. 

A $100 electronic administrative fee payable by the city applies to this solicitation. The awarded vendor will collect this fee from the city per the instructions in the Bid Form.
