(LACPC) Rescue Pumper Trucks Purchase

SUMMARY OF SOLICITATION FOR RESCUE PUMPERS
The Town of Sibley, LA and the LACPC Cooperative Purchasing Joint Commission (a Louisiana Revised Statute 33:1324 joint commission comprised of municipal members) seek proposals and pricing for Rescue Pumpers that match the specifications provided herein.  The Town of Sibley, LA will choose the pumper that best fits its needs.  The LACPC may accept the Town of Sibley's recommendation and/or may choose the Rescue Pumper that best fits the needs of its commission members.
PROPOSAL DEADLINE
Specification and Pricing Proposals will be accepted online only no later than March 28, 2022, at 3:00 pm.  Unless waived, interactive final pricing will be conducted online on March 30, 2021, commencing at 11:00 am. for a minimum of 30 minutes.  Proposers will be provided instructions for placing final price bids prior to the commencement of bidding.
SELECTION OF PROPOSALS
Proposals will be reviewed by LaMATS, as administrator of the LACPC and by the Town of Sibley Fire Department.  Sibley reserves its right to select the proposal and final pricing that best meets its needs, including delivery timeframes.  The LACPC, in addition to the Rescue Pumper selected by Sibley, may choose the Rescue Pumper that best fits the price structure needs of its membership.
The Town of Sibley will place a purchase order for the Rescue Pumper of its choosing or may place its order through the LACPC.  The LACPC will offer its selected vendor a one-year supply contract for Rescue Pumpers, with an opportunity to renew for one additional year.  The LACPC supply contract shall be deemed a contingency contract only.  LACPC members may, but are not required, to purchase Rescue Pumpers from the contract that may be established.
LACPC ADMINSTRATIVE FEE
Administrative fees based on net sales is applicable to all sales.  (See Bidder Information page.)
