Grand Isle Bid for Grapple Truck

1.  Review the Bid Advertisement, the Addendum extending the bid deadline until February 10, 2022 and all of the Tasks to be checked off.

2.  Complete and check all Tasks when competed.

Competitive electronic sealed bids will be received by the Town of Grand Isle, Louisiana located in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana one unused, new Peterson TL3 Lighting Loader, 12 Inch Extended Pedestal, Pilot Hydraulic Joysticks, 18’ x 28’ Steel Dump Body, Single-Piece Rear Door and Freightliner M2-106 Chassis or equivalent.  Electronic Bids will be submitted on or before Thursday, January 27 Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at 2:00 pm through https://lamats.eauctionservices.com.  Registration at this website to access all specifications and to bid is required.  Questions related to electronic access, proposals and quotes should be directed to Paul Holmes, LaMATS e-Auction Services (EASiBUY) 225-678-6107.  

The Town of Grand Isle reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.  Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided online and per all applicable online instructions. Due to ongoing hurricane damage, proposals will be opened electronically only, and the names of bidders will be provided to interested parties who contact the platform provider at lacpc@lamats.net.

Time is of the essence.  The Town of Grand Isle was heavily damaged by Hurricane Ida and is in immediate need of the Grapple Truck specified.  The ability of a bidder to deliver within a three week time frame will be considered in judging responsiveness to this bid.
