Town of Many, Louisiana Local Vendor Registration Portal

2.  Download the Profile Form from the Attachments below and fill it out completely.

3.  Under the Tasks Bar, please click one or two categories that cover the materials, supplies, products or services you supply.  

The Town of Many, Louisiana has issued this request for qualifications to register local vendors who can supply materials, supplies, products, or services. Local vendors interested in registering with the Town must go to https://lamats.eauctionservices.com and select TOWN OF MANY REGISTRATION OF LOCAL VENDORS. Please upload the Profile Form provided and select the area of your sales or services from the various categories.

This RFQ will remain open until June 15, 2022, but vendors are encouraged to register as soon as possible. The Town of Many will use the database of local vendors to notify them of future quote and bid opportunities. For purposes of this RFQ, Local Vendors are defined as those whose business is located within the corporate limits of the Town of Many, or within the Parish of Sabine.

The Town of Many does not discriminate by a business’s location when seeking quotes or bids. The Town seeks, however, to ensure that local vendors receive sufficient notification of quote and bid opportunities.
