REQUEST FOR PRICING (RFP) CONTRACTORS for Project: Lockport Town Hall Repairs from Hurricane IDA The Town of Lockport is requesting Pricing proposals for General Contracting Services. Proposals are due  no later than Thursday, 13 January 2022 @ 2:00 p.m. CST.  Proposals from minority, women owned, and other qualified parties are encouraged. If you have any questions concerning the scope of the proposed project or would like a full copy of the  solicitation, please contact Mandy Himel at clerk@townoflockport.com or telephone at (985) 532‐3117.  All RFI’s are to be submitted by or before 07 January 2022at 2:00PM. CST 

A pre-bid conference will be held on 03 January 2022 at 10:00 AM at 710 Church St., Lockport, LA 70374. All general contractors are encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference to submit a bid for this Project. Subcontractors and material suppliers are invited to attend. Questions pertaining to the drawings and project manual and bidding procedures will be discussed. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all formalities. We encourage all small and minority-owned firms and women's business enterprises to apply.

A proposed timeline is provided below. Owner does not guarantee the timeline and reserves the right to modify this schedule, upon notice to Bidders, to best meet Owner’s needs. 
First Advertisement Date – 06 December, 2021
Pre-Bid Meeting – 03 January, 2022 Deadline for Submittal of written RFI’s by 5pm – 07 January 2022
Target release date of Addenda by 5pm – 11 January 2022
 Sealed Bids Due no later than 2:00 p.m. – 13 January, 2022
Notice to Proceed – 17 January 2022
Construction Start Date – 24 January 2022
Contract Finish Date – 25 March, 2022
