CITY OF WALKER

ELECTRONIC REQUEST FOR RFPQs -- LIBERTY BRAND GRINDER PUMPS

The City of Walker, Louisiana has standardized to:

Liberty Grinder Pumps

Omnivore

2 hp

208-230v

1 phase

345O RPM

Internal Capacitators and 35' cord

and seeks a one (1) year supply contract for same. Purchases of these pumps by the City total less than $30,000 per year. The City will accept no substitutions.

Interested suppliers will completely fill out the Quote Form provided and shall upload the form on this site no later than Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at 11:00 a.m.

Quotes turned into the City of Walker in person, by mail or by email will not be accepted.

ELECTRONIC PROCESSING AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEE DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

The City of Walker is assisted in this RFQ by the LACPC Cooperative Purchasing Joint Commission. All sales made pursuant to this agreement are reportable to LaMATS, as Administrator of the LACPC. A 2% administrative fee payable by the supplier shall be paid directly by the supplier to LaMATS, 700 North Tenth Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70802.
The awarded supplier may be asked to supply the same grinder pump to other municipalities at the same price established in the resulting sales agreement. Participation by the supplier is voluntary.
