Please Note the Following Addendums:

1. The proposal submittal deadline has been extended until Monday, January 17, 2022, at 2:00 pm.  The original deadline of December 30, 2021 at 5:00 pm has been struck and the Copier RFP Documents attached are amended to reflect same.
2. Any additional copier requirements from interested municipalities and local agencies should be submitted by email to lacpc@lamats.net no later than December 22, 2022, and should reference RFP# ra.easibuy.com/events/2025.  
3. The vendor deadline to submit questions or requests for clarification is extended until December 31, 2022, at 5:00 pm.  The Copier RFP Documents attached are amended to reflect same.

Information About the LACPC
The LACPC is a joint cooperative commission established under Louisiana Revised Statutes 38:1322 et seq.  It is comprised of 25 Louisiana municipalities.  For more information, go to:  www.lamats.net/LACPC. 

RESPONSE PACKAGES DUE:
Electronically submitted proposals are due no later than December 30, 2021 at 5:00 PM, CST. Monday, January 17, 2022, at 2:00 pm [per Addendum 1].  All responses must be uploaded to the Platform by the due Date & Time.

BUYER INFORMATION BELOW
The City of Bogalusa, Louisiana has notified the LACPC that it is in need of seven (7) Multifunction copiers. Copiers must be B&W/COLOR. One copier must hold up to 11 x 17 paper. All the other copiers are 8 1/2 x 11 and legal.  The City of Bogalusa will look at the resulting contract from this RFP for its acquisition of copiers.  The City of Bogalusa is not obligated to purchase.
