The LACPC Cooperative Purchasing Commission has chosen Gibko Signs of Bunkie, Louisiana for award of an endorsement contract and third-party beneficiary contract related to exempt (small) public works projects commencing January 1, 2021.  
LPS-Schools GPO has chosen Gibko Signs of Bunkie, Louisiana for award of an endorsement contract and third-party beneficiary contract related to any sized project commencing January 1, 2021.

Summary 

The LaMATS Administered Cooperative Purchasing Joint Commission ("LACPC") has issued this RFP for the Manufacture and Installation of Custom Designed Signs.  
Proposals will be accepted electronically only on this website through LaMATS e-Auction & Bid Services (EASiBUY) https://lamats.eauctionservices.com.  Documents will not be distributed in person, by mail or by email.  Registration to download documents is required.  
Proposals must be submitted in the format and/or the forms provided in the Attachments and are due on Monday, October 4, 2021 at 2:00 pm CST.  
The LACPC intends to choose one or more manufacturers and installers of custom designed signs to enter into a cooperative third party beneficiary contract on behalf of its participants and affiliates who are political subdivisions of the state of Louisiana.  
Proposers shall be able to:
1. Meet with public entity customers to propose design and specification concepts;
2. Custom manufacture signs that incorporate themes, logos, and electronics;
3. Possess the ability and appropriate contractor's licenses to transport signs from point of manufacture and to install on location.
4. Complete the manufacture and installation of a line of custom designed signs for $250,000 or less.
Awarded proposers will enter into a third party beneficiary cooperative contract to propose; provide final designs, specifications and turnkey price quotes; and to warrant all components and workmanship when requested by LACPC Participants and qualified LACPC affiliated agencies.  All final quotes are expected to be firm for no less than three months.   
The LACPC is a municipal cooperative purchasing joint commission that seeks to standardize the process of purchasing custom designed signs by political subdivisions where the total price is $250,000 or less.
