NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD
The LaMATS Administered Cooperative Purchasing Joint Commission (LACPC) has determined that it will award a cooperative contract to PILEUM CORPORATION / METRIX SOLUTIONS.  Other proposers are still under consideration and should follow up immediately with letters of reference from their listed references.   The Pileum Representative should follow up immediately by contacting Paul Holmes, LACPC Contract Administrator at LACPC@lamats.net.

Summary 

The Town of Lake Arthur, Louisiana and the LaMATS Administered Cooperative Purchasing Joint Commission ("LACPC") has issued this RFP for Body-Worn & Vehicle Cameras.   
Proposals will be accepted electronically only on this website through LaMATS e-Auction & Bid Services (EASiBUY) https://lamats.eauctionservices.com.  Documents will not be distributed in person, by mail or by email. 
Proposals must be submitted in the format and/or the forms provided in the Attachments and are due on Thursday, July 22, 2021, at 2:00 pm.  CST.  
The Town of Lake Arthur reserves its right to choose the vendor who will provide Cameras to its Police Department and the quantity to be purchased.  The LACPC reserves the right to choose up to two (2) vendors to cooperatively sell cameras to LACPC membership and affiliated local governments over a two-year period without additional bids.  Terms and conditions apply.
