Town of Welsh Electronic Bid for USED Bucket Truck

Bids are being accepted by the Town of Welsh, Louisiana for one (1) Used Bucket Truck.

The Town has determined that it is in its best interests to purchase a late model, used Bucket Truck for the servicing of aerial utilities with low to moderate mileage.

The Town will accept electronic bids for the purchase of a used Bucket Truck. Bidders must register at https://lamats.eauctionservices.com to access the bid specifications and documents.

The desired Bucket Truck specifications are attached below as Document #1.  

Pricing will be collected on this site only by uploading Document #1 fully completed by November 30, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. and will be transmitted to the Town of Welsh at its Town Hall.  Due to ongoing Corona Virus limitations, a public opening will not be conducted.  The Town reserves the right to review all offerings and prices, and then to accept best and final price offerings. If requested, final price offerings will be due by December 3, 2020.

The Town of Welsh utilizes the services of LaMATS Purchasing Services ("LPS") and has assigned this purchase to LaMATS to secure bids.  Registration and submission of bids is at no cost to bidders.  The awarded bidder, if any, is required to pay an electronic processing/administrative fee upon award in the amount of 3% of the sales price ($30 per $1000 sales price).
