City of Youngsville, Louisiana seeks electronic sealed proposals from qualified contractors for DISASTER DEBRIS REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL SERVICES contingent on damages that may be caused by the approach and landfall of Hurricane Delta (or other disasters).  Sealed proposals will be accepted by electronic means only no later than 2:00 PM CST on October 15, 2020.  Proposers are required to register with LaMATS e-Auction Services to download all applicable bid documents and price forms, and to submit proposals electronically.   After opening, the names of proposers will be provided to registered contractors. Proposer information:

  • Proposals must be submitted on the Pricing Forms furnished with the Proposal Documents. (See all Attachments and Exhibits after registering).

  • A proposal will be considered responsive if it conforms in all respects with the conditions and requirements of the Proposal Documents. In order to be considered responsive, a Proposal must be: (a) fully completed, signed and responsive in all respects to the conditions of the Instructions to Proposers; (b) made on the Proposal Forms provided and submitted intact; and (c) accompanied by the required items listed in the appropriate sections of the Proposal Documents.
  • This proposal shall require a Louisiana State Contractors license number.  City of Youngsville reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
