City of Youngsville– RFP Summary Only
It may be necessary to provide massive disaster recovery services to preserve and protect the health and safety of the citizens of the City of YOUNGSVILLE in the aftermath of Hurricane Delta currently approaching the Louisiana Coast.
The CONTRACTOR will agree to remove all hazards to life and property as quickly as possible resulting from an event. Cleanup and removal will be limited to (1) that which is determined by the City to present immediate threats of significant damage to life, public health and safety; (2) that which has been determined necessary to eliminate immediate threats of significant damage to improved public or private property; and (3) that which is considered essential to ensure economic recovery of the effected community to the benefit of the community-at-large.
The CONTRACTOR shall provide and pay for all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, fuel, supervision, and all other services and facilities of any nature whatsoever necessary to execute, complete and deliver the services within the time specified as agreed upon by both parties (THE CITY OF YOUNGSVILLE AND THE CONTRACTOR).
Proposer information:
- Due to the Declared Emergency related to Hurricane Delta in the Gulf of Mexico and expected to make landfall in Louisiana, interested firms may register and upload their proposals at: https://lamats.eauctionservices.com.
- Proposals should be submitted immediately and, unless extended, will be opened as early as 2:00 PM Central Standard Time on Friday, October 9, 2020, as necessity may dictate.
- Proposals must be submitted with the consolidated Pricing Form furnished with the Proposal Documents. (See all Attachments and Exhibits after registering).
