City of Youngsville– RFP Summary Only

City of YOUNGSVILLE invites qualified firms to immediately respond to this request for proposal (RFP) by providing their qualification and experience for consideration to provide Disaster Debris Monitoring Services on an as-needed basis.  Proposals, including the cost proposal form incorporated, must be submitted by vendors registering and uploading proposals at https://lamats.eauctionservices.com.    
City of YOUNGSVILLE seeks one or more qualified firm(s) to assist in the monitoring of disaster debris collection and disposal operations on behalf of City of YOUNGSVILLE, ensuring compliance with Federal requirements and applicant debris management plans as related to contractor oversight, truck measurements, load ticket preparation and issuing, report preparation and project administration.  The Debris Monitoring Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, transportation, and equipment necessary to initiate load tickets at debris loading sites, estimate the volume of debris (in cubic yards) being delivered by trucks to each DMS/disposal site, and support the operations of the field supervisor(s), debris loading and tower/site monitors, and clerical staff.

  • Due to the Declared Emergency related to Hurricane Delta in the Gulf of Mexico and expected to make landfall in Louisiana, interested firms must register and upload their proposals at:  https://lamats.eauctionservices.com
  • Proposals will be accepted immediately and may be opened as early as 2:00 PM Central Standard Time on Friday, October 9, 2020, as necessity may dictate, and, unless extended, proposals will continue to be accepted until Wednesday, October 14 at 2:00 PM Central Standard Time. 
  • Proposals must be submitted with the consolidated Pricing Form furnished with the Proposal Documents. (See all Attachments and Exhibits after registering).
