SULPHUR PARKS AND RECREATION– RFP Summary Only
SPAR will receive sealed proposals through electronic means only through this site until Thursday, September 24 Friday, September 25 Monday, September 28, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time for DISASTER DEBRIS MONITORING SERVICES. [per Addendum #2] Due to COVID 19, facility damages and intermittent administrative hours, SPAR will accept electronic bids only. The Request for Proposals is available in electronic form only through this website. Attached documents and exhibits are the official specifications and requirements controlling this RFP.
Proposer information:
- Proposals must be submitted on the Pricing Forms furnished with the Proposal Documents. (See all Attachments and Exhibits after registering).
- To view the RFP, download it, and receive notices by email, you must register online with LaMATS e-Auction Services (EASiBUY) and follow the registration instructions. - A proposal will be considered responsive if it conforms in all respects with the conditions and requirements of the Proposal Documents. In order to be considered responsive, a Proposal must be: (a) fully completed, signed and responsive in all respects to the conditions of the Instructions to Proposers; (b) made on the Proposal Forms provided and submitted intact; and (c) accompanied by the required items listed in the appropriate sections of the Proposal Documents.
- This proposal shall require a Louisiana State Contractors license number. SPAR reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
