Bidders please note that bids/proposals will not be emailed. The CITY OF DENHAM SPRINGS assumes no responsibilities for failure to mail out proposals. Bidders may personally pick up bid documents from the city or may receive them electronically at https://lamats.eauctionservices.com.
To obtain the bid documents and full specifications electronically, bidders must register at https://lamats.eauctionservices.com and agree to comply with all electronic instructions. Bids will be accepted electronically through https://lamats.eauctionservices.com.

- The City of Denham Springs is seeking bid responses for a contract for Unleaded Gasoline, On Road Diesel Fuel, and Off Road Diesel Fuel
ELECTRONIC PROCESSING AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEE
- Electronic Instructions: There is no cost to access the bid documents and specifications, to upload/submit documents and proposals electronically or to receive electronic notice of changes and addendums to the solicitation. An electronic administrative fee of .75% of the sales price (not to exceed $1200) is payable to the electronic platform services provider if you are the successful electronic proposer.
ADDENDA AND INTERPRETATIONS
- No interpretation of the meaning of the specifications or contract documents will be made orally to any Bidder. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing and emailed to be answered by contacting the Purchasing Agent located at 116 North Range Avenue, Denham Springs, LA 70726 or by emailing purchasing@cityofdenhamsprings.com To be given consideration, such requests must be received sufficiently prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids to permit distribution of response to all Bidders.
