Competitive electronic proposals and quotes will be received by the Town of Grand Isle Louisiana located in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana for the custom manufacture and installation of a new lighted sign & electronic message board to serve as its Multiplex facility located at 3101 Hwy 1, Grand Isle, LA.  The Town will review basic design ideas, qualifications and pricing proposals that are submitted, and will then negotiate the final design, price, and installation of the sign with a qualified proposer.
